Craig Bailey BE (Managing Director)
Craig BaileyCraig Bailey qualified as a structural/civil engineer at Sydney University in 1975 and has been a registered builder in WA since 1988. He has 33 years of experience as a structural engineer, project manager and builder. Whilst running his own structural engineering consulting business from 1985 to 1995 he helped develop various building systems such as rammed earth, the precast concrete “cretex” system, tilt-up wall construction and foam-fibre cement “sandwich” panel systems. He has also been a practising registered builder of a building company focused on the renovation sector as well as building and/or project managing a number of new homes. A notable recent example was 127 Pt Walter Rd, Bicton which won the MBA award for energy efficiency as well as being placed second in the $1-1.5 million home category in the 2006 MBA awards.

Joe Galipo (Operations Manager/Site Supervisor)
Joe Galipo has been involved in construction and project management for over 20 years. As the son of a migrant grano worker, Joe worked in the family business and managed several small cottage development projects throughout the late 80s and early to mid 90s . Joe decided to take a break from cottage construction and move into mechanical engineering for a period of 6 years, assuming the role of Project and Procurement manager responsible for the construction and commissioning of materials handling systems for the mining industry. One of the more prominent projects managed by Joe was the construction of a limestone storage system for the Ausmelt Smelter in Whyalla South Australia valued at $700,000.
More recently Joe has worked for a high profile Civil Engineering company managing small to medium size subdivisions in the southern suburbs of WA. Joe brings considerable skills to the building industry including project management, scheduling of supply materials and trades, and site supervision.

Dixie Sounness BA (UWA) Grad Dip Sec (Interior Design)
Dixie brings 23 years of experience to interior design and finishes
to Ecovision homes. Dixie brings a woman's perspective and intuition as well as considerable aesthetic skills to our projects.
The result is the creation of living spaces that have high general appeal.

Gina Galipo (Office manager/Administration)
Gina Galipo has 10 years of experience in office administration and provides a friendly and efficient service to clients in the day to day operations.
